Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This policy explains what information Cordurouy LLC (“Cordurouy,” “we,” “us”) collects through cordurouy.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Data that a licensed agency stores in its own Cordurouy.ai instance is governed by that agency's license agreement with us, not by this policy.

What we collect

When you request a walkthrough, we collect your name, agency name, work email, team size, and anything you choose to write about where your client work lives today.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider records basic visit data: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location based on IP address, and device and browser type. We use this in aggregate to understand traffic.

If you accept analytics cookies, we also use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure which pages people visit and how they found the site. Google Analytics sets cookies on your browser only after you accept; if you decline, it never loads. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

If you log in to a licensed instance, we use cookies and similar browser storage that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in.

How we use it

We use walkthrough requests to respond to you, schedule a walkthrough, and follow up about Cordurouy.ai. We use visit data to keep the site working and to see which pages people use. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who receives it

Walkthrough requests are stored in our website database and emailed to our team at info@cordurouy.com. We use service providers to host the site, store data, and send email. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep walkthrough requests for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for no more than 24 months after our last contact with you unless you become a client. Aggregate visit data is kept in summary form.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. This includes rights under the GDPR (European Union and United Kingdom), the LGPD (Brazil), and US state privacy laws such as California's. To make a request, email info@cordurouy.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
